Frankly speaking, our website was a little outdated. It was far too static and not dynamic nor interactive enough. It didn't reflect the company that we are today-a modern thriving tech company. Additionally, living in a new normal now, our customers' expectations have changed, and we've grown our product suite massively, our identity, as well as our look and feel. So, we needed that refresh that had to be represented on the BSO website to ultimately support our marketing goals in the team, our brand awareness and the positioning of our experts. And finally, but very importantly, lead generation.

The Challenge

BSO embarked on a rebranding exercise and needed the website to align with the new brand vision. The previous site was deemed "a little outdated," too static, and not dynamic nor interactive enough. It failed to reflect the company as a modern thriving tech company.

The main objectives were to:

  • Improve user experience, ensure easy navigation, and better reflect cutting-edge solutions.
  • Communicate the innovative nature of products and their value to different businesses.
  • Create a dynamic, flexible website on a secure CMS that empowered Marketing and Sales teams to easily qualify and pass qualified leads at the right time.

 

Solution

IFT leveraged design and the HubSpot CMS to deliver a flexible website that met BSO's brand and vision. The project started in December 2020 and the new website was rolled out at the end of May 2021.

IFT delivered:

  • Website Design including Sitemap, UI, Imagery, and User journey mapping.
  • Website Development including a fully built website, customisable modules, a custom-developed connectivity map, email/landing page templates, and client training.
  • A dynamic mega-menu was custom-developed to showcase the full range of services from a UX, inbound, and lead generation perspective.
  • Sales enablement workshops and HubSpot training were delivered to empower teams and align processes post-launch.

The Results

The Dev team delivered clean and well-performing code and modules, demonstrating the flexibility of HubSpot CMS.
