Millbrook’s previous website wasn’t keeping pace with their business growth. The site was difficult to navigate, didn’t represent the full suite of finance solutions and lacked the clarity needed for SMEs to understand how to apply or check eligibility. Internally, fragmented data and limited automation meant the team didn’t have strong visibility of user behaviour, lead quality or deal progression. Their HubSpot setup needed cleaning, restructuring and aligning to support Marketing and Sales more effectively.
Solution
IFT delivered a full website redesign with modern UX and mapped user journeys. The site was migrated from WordPress to HubSpot CMS, with best-practice tracking and a unified automation system. A custom business finance calculator and Red Flag Alert API integration enhanced qualification, enabling Millbrook to receive accurate company data and pre-vet enquiries.
