Life at Inbound FinTech centres around fostering talent and delivering our projects with the utmost attention, efficiency, always with a positive ‘can do’ attitude and a smile. We’re border-free - our colleagues are based all around the globe, it makes Inbound FinTech such a special place to work.

We do like to encourage our teams to meet up on occasions, co-work, meeting in coffee shops and the like for companionship and collaboration and when we can we arrange country team socials too. They’re fun, not forced - it’s easy when you have a group of likeminded people who just get on!
Whilst professionalism is always a given, we don’t take life too seriously! Ours is an informal environment, where our people are relaxed and actually enjoy work. It works because we trust our teams and empower each other to work the hours necessary without a timer and that makes for a great working environment.
