The role

We are seeking a passionate, highly skilled and experienced CRM & Marketing Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of inbound marketing, sales, and customer relationship management (CRM) strategies, along with a proven track record of successfully implementing and managing HubSpot and marketing campaigns in HubSpot.

 

This is a UK-based, remote role; however, the ability to travel to our London office is required for face-to-face/in-person meetings and the ability to conduct workshops with clients and sometimes teammates is required.

 

This role is a hands-on role, and whilst you will have a team to support you on your account portfolio, an in-depth understanding of marketing (SEO, Paid Media, Social, and Content strategies and how they tie into the buyer’s funnel), sales and CRM platforms is required.  

You will play a pivotal role in managing our clients and projects, ensuring their success and satisfaction through strategic guidance and project management expertise.

  • Consulting and client management - serve as the primary point of contact and strategic advisor for clients. Develop a deep understanding of each client's business, industry, and competitive landscape, leveraging this knowledge to help drive impactful strategies and solutions.
  • Project management - oversee marketing strategy retainers, web design and development projects, CRM projects, and digital transformation initiatives, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Goal achievement - work closely with clients and the team to establish goals, KPIs and timelines, ensuring that projects are aligned with client objectives and delivering measurable results.
  • Studio coordination - schedule and coordinate deliverables within our studio team, ensuring that projects are executed efficiently and meet quality standards.
  • Reporting - generate regular reports on project progress, KPIs, and milestones, providing insights and recommendations for improvement and next steps in their journey with Inbound FinTech
  • Upselling/Cross-selling - identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional services to existing clients where we identify we can provide value, maximising revenue opportunities and fostering long-term client relationships.

Role KPIs:

  • Timely delivery and goal achievement - ensure projects are completed within agreed timelines and milestones, meeting client goals and expectations for project delivery.
  • Retention rate - maintain high client retention rates by delivering exceptional service and value.
  • Client satisfaction - measured through CSAT and QBRs
  • Reviews received - encourage and collect positive client reviews and testimonials to showcase our success and reputation.
  • Upsell/Cross-sell - successfully identify and execute opportunities to increase revenue through upselling and cross-selling.
  • Customer lifetime value -drive long-term client relationships and maximise customer lifetime value through strategic account management and service excellence.

To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate should have: 

  • Agency experience 
  • Experience in Financial Services or willingness to expand their knowledge in this sector
  • Proven experience (5+ years) in digital marketing consulting, sales, project management, or related roles.
  • In-depth knowledge of inbound marketing, marketing and sales automation and sales principles and best practices.
  • Strong understanding of all aspects of HubSpot, including Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, Service Hub, Operations Hub, Content Hub and Commerce Hub. Knowledge of other CRMs is a big plus. 
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and consultative skills
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.

  • HubSpot certifications
  • Experience with other marketing automation platforms
  • Experience with Salesforce and Salesforce integrations
  • Experience with other CRM systems (Zoho, Dynamics, etc)
  • RevOps Experience
