The Role
We are seeking a HubSpot Solutions Consultant (RevOps) to join our delivery team. This role combines strategic vision with platform expertise to design and implement solutions that align with RevOps principles, ensuring that marketing, sales, and service teams operate cohesively.
As a HubSpot Solutions Consultant, you will:
- Be the go-to expert on the HubSpot platform, designing tailored solutions to meet client objectives.
- Optimise and enhance platform usage in line with RevOps goals, driving seamless workflows, data insights, and business alignment.
- Act as a strategic advisor, empowering clients to unlock the full potential of HubSpot.
Key Responsibilities
Platform Strategy and Optimisation
- Design and implement tailored HubSpot solutions that unify marketing, sales, and service teams through RevOps principles.
- Optimise workflows, data integrations, and automations to ensure efficiency and scalability.
- Develop platform strategies to enhance CRM adoption, data visibility, and lifecycle management for clients.
Client Collaboration and Consulting
- Act as the primary platform consultant, aligning HubSpot capabilities with client goals to drive measurable outcomes.
- Lead discovery sessions to identify client challenges and recommend best practices.
- Provide actionable insights and training to enable client teams to achieve sustainable success.
Project Delivery and Reporting
- Manage HubSpot implementation and optimisation projects from start to finish, ensuring client satisfaction and timely delivery.
- Regularly report on project progress, platform performance, and KPIs to stakeholders.
- Ensure all platform configurations are properly documented and aligned with RevOps strategies.
Continuous Improvement
- Stay current on HubSpot features, updates, and RevOps trends, integrating them into client strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify and adopt innovative practices that improve delivery and client outcomes.

Ideal Candidate Profile
Required Experience and Skills
- HubSpot Expertise: 4+ years of experience in HubSpot platform implementation, optimisation, and administration.
- RevOps Knowledge: Strong understanding of RevOps principles, including operational alignment, lifecycle management, and data strategy.
- Platform Strategy: Proven ability to design and implement platform-centric solutions that drive business outcomes.
- Client-Focused Approach: Excellent communication and presentation skills to collaborate with clients and stakeholders effectively.
- Problem Solving: Analytical mindset with the ability to identify challenges and design scalable, impactful solutions.
